William LeClair  

William LeClair CA

Bill holds a bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant. He qualified in 1978 with Coopers & Lybrand and left the firm in 1991 as a Principle in the Business Investigations practice after working in both the Vancouver, Canada and London, UK offices. From 1991 to 2003 he was the Vice President Finance for the first 6 years and then the Vice President Operations, of a large resort development company headquartered in Vancouver. From 2003 to 2006 he was the CFO of Hot House Growers, a TSX listed company in the specialty agriculture business. From 1984 to 2005 he was also a City Councilor in a suburb of Vancouver. Bill joined Crew In July 2006 as Executive Vice President. He was appointed CFO in September 2006, Interim CEO in September 2008 and CEO In September 2009.

     
Rory Taylor  

Rory Taylor CA (SA)

Rory, Crew’s Vice President – Accounting and Administration, is a South African qualified Chartered Accountant, was Group Financial Controller until October 2006, and Financial Controller of a telecommunications company before that. He has extensive experience in auditing gold and platinum mining companies in both Africa and Canada. He is responsible for the group accounting and reporting function and managing the implementation and maintenance of group systems and controls.
     
Neil Hepworth  

Neil Hepworth BSc (Geology) MSc (Mining Engineering)

Neil holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Geology and a Master of Science degree in Mining Engineering. He is a Chartered Engineer. Neil has nearly 30 years¹ experience in mining. From first graduating in 1979, Neil worked mainly in geotechnical work for all aspects of mining, including tailings dam design, mine backfill systems, underground mining optimization and open pit stability. In 1998, Neil became Technical Advisor, then Manager Mining of a major base metal mine in Portugal before becoming Vice President ­ Operations for a European based mining and exploration company in early 2005. Neil has been Vice President ­ Operations of Crew since May 2007 and assumed group operational responsibility for the LEFA project in May 2008.
     
Wayne Nicoletto  

Wayne Nicoletto BSc (Extractive Metallurgy)

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Extractive Metallurgy, a Graduate Diploma in Mining and a Graduate Diploma in Mineral Economics.
Wayne has over 25 years¹ experience in the mining industry, graduating in 1987, he worked as a metallurgist in several gold plants in Australia and Canada before becoming a Mill Manager in 1994. As a Mill Manager, he gained experience through all aspects of plant operations and maintenance in Australia, Ghana and Ethiopia. In 2002 he joined Boroo Gold Company in Mongolia, as Mill Manger, representing the company through design to successful operation. In 2006, after serving a short stint as Mining Manager, Wayne was promoted to Vice President - Operations. Wayne joined Crew as Global Process Manager in July 2008 then General Manager of SMD operations in October 2008.
